1. Services Provided
   Commerce Tree offers coaching for students from Class 1 to 12, covering subjects in Humanities, Science, and Commerce for higher classes, as well as extracurricular activities like Music, Dance, Fitness & Yoga, Vedic Maths, Abacus, and Phonetics.

2. Registration and Enrollment
   To access our services, you must register and enroll in the relevant courses. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. All registrations are subject to availability and approval.

3. Payment Terms
   Fees for courses must be paid in full as per the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by Commerce Tree.

4. Student Conduct
   Students are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined attitude towards their instructors and fellow students. Any disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Liability
   Commerce Tree will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services. Students participate in extracurricular activities at their own risk.

   Commerce Tree reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
